At this time, we do not ship internationally. However, we’re actively exploring future expansion — and we’ll keep our customers updated as soon as new regions become available.

During high-volume periods (like holiday sales or promotional events), processing may take an extra day, but we do our best to avoid delays and keep you informed.

You can follow your package’s journey in real time — from our fulfillment center straight to your front door.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Aaviona cannot guarantee delivery for orders placed with incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment — additional shipping fees may apply in these cases.
Missed Delivery or Lost Package
If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or delivered but not received:
